THE VISION

No matter where you begin, the point is to start - start moving, start learning, start listening to your body and start believing that you can do this.  As a trainer, I will be your personal workout and nutrition Sherpa.  I will introduce you to, and get you well acquainted with, the Holy Fitness Trio: Conditioning. Resistance. Diet.

 

  • We will CONDITION you to perform at a higher level.

  • With RESISTANCE we will make you stronger.

  • We will demystify DIET and have you eating delightful, healthy foods.

 

Every client is different and, thus, has different needs.  My past and current clients range from teenagers to octogenarians, men and women and both experienced and complete beginners.

Senior Therapy
           ONE ON ONE TRAINING

 

Once we have a thorough intake session (which you do not pay for), we start right in on achieving your goals.  My rates are very competitive if you buy them one at time.  They get increasingly more competitive if you opt to purchase packages of 10 or 20 sessions.  All session packages come with a full diet assessment and meal plan, as well as check-ins from me via phone/email/text to see what else I can do to help you get where you're going.  I will give you exercise ideas for the days you don't work out with me.

           GROUP TRAINING

Sometimes it's just more fun to work out in a group.  I have experience in training duos, trios and more.  The larger the group, the more options we have.  These can get really, really fun.  But they're also challenging.  You'll have to dig deep.  But having your friends and family by your side will, no doubt, give you that extra push you need to keep going.

If you live far away or simply feel more comfortable training remotely, this is your option.  There are two ways we can do this:

​

1.) We train via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype.  The sessions are conducted just as the in-person sessions are conducted.

​

2.) We start with an in-depth intake session.  Armed with the knowledge of what your needs and goals are, I record a video: a personalized 30 minute workout session just for you.  I will perform the entire workout and I will explain, in detail, all of the movements.  You'll get a downloadable link from me with this video, which you will have forever and be able to do whenever you want.  And I will check in with you to see how you're doing.

           "THE PERFORMANCE HABIT" - 6 WEEK INTRODUCTORY COURSE

 

Two 30 minute sessions for six weeks.  Five days of personalized programming for each week, based on our intake conversation and the equipment you have.  A nutrition assessment and meal plan that will get you further down the road to mind-body health.  And regular check-ins to make sure you're keeping up with the program.  All of this at a discounted rate.  If you've never worked out before or are just getting back to it after some time off, this program is for you!

           NUTRITION ADVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY

When you sign up with Body Performance Fitness, you don't simply get a personal trainer.  You get an in-depth view of your dietary habits.  Included with your sessions, I will work up a meal plan for you and explain to you how I got there.  All I need from you is an honest 3 day diet journal.  From there, I will crunch the numbers and come up with a sustainable plan to get you to your goals.  And when you're my client, I take your health very seriously and expect you to be accountable.  Expect check in calls/emails/texts from me to make sure you're staying on the path and to give you advice on how to get over those obstacles.
